Artist Statement 

I'm Lyla Briggs and I am a sophomore at Blue Valley West. Some things I am passionate about are Christ, my family, gymnastics, reading, and my friends. I originally did photography to get a credit but as the months progressed, I realized that I loved taking pictures and developing film/prints. I could capture a lot of beautiful moments that I can cherish forever. My art means a lot to me. I'm inspired by my passions and get ideas based off of them. Photography has given me a new perspective of my life and how others see me.
